What Is Image to Video?
This workflow starts from a finished still and adds motion. It is the right SeedGen path when one picture already holds the subject.
On SeedGen, this workflow means upload one picture, write the action, and generate a short clip. You stay on this page instead of opening every Seedance 2.5 mode.
The current Image tab is a one-image reference. It is not first-and-last-frame control, and it is not the multi-file reference lane. That keeps the task simpler when the still is already correct.
Use it for packshots, scene stills, posters, and illustrated key art. If you need several references, a motion clip, or audio guidance, open reference to video.
How to Use Image to Video
Describe the motion
Write what should move, what must stay, and how the camera behaves. Name the subject action before style.
Set length and frame
Choose 4–30 seconds, 480p–1080p, and a supported ratio. Check the credit estimate before you submit.
Generate and review
Submit from this page. Follow progress in Task Center, then download or revise the clip if the motion drifts.
