Is SeedGen a monthly subscription?
No. SeedGen uses one-time credit packs, so there’s no monthly subscription required. Buy credits when you need them and use them at your own pace.
Can I use the same credits across different AI video models?
Yes. Your SeedGen credit balance can be used across supported AI video models, including Seedance 2.5 and Wan 3.0. Available models are shown directly in the generator.
Do different AI video models use different amounts of credits?
Yes. Credit usage can vary by model, generation mode, duration, resolution, and other settings. SeedGen shows the required credits before you generate, so you know the cost in advance.
How many credits does one AI video cost?
There isn’t one fixed credit cost for every video. The amount depends on the model and settings you choose. Your exact credit cost is displayed before you click Generate Video.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. You can purchase another credit pack whenever you need more. New credits are added to your existing balance, and purchased credits do not expire.
What happens if my video generation fails?
If a generation does not complete successfully, check the task status and your credit balance in your account. If there’s an unresolved generation or credit issue, contact support@seedance2ai.net with the task details for assistance.
Can I use videos created with SeedGen commercially?
Yes. Commercial use is included, subject to the SeedGen Terms and any applicable model-specific or third-party restrictions. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you upload or use as a reference.
What is SeedGen’s refund policy?
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Eligibility depends on how many credits have been used; purchases with more than 20% of the credits used are not eligible for a full refund. Promotional or discounted purchases may also have different eligibility. See the Refund Policy for complete terms.
