Terms of Service

Welcome to SeedGen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SeedGen's website, AI video generation tools, and related services.

By accessing or using SeedGen, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Using SeedGen

SeedGen provides AI-powered video generation and related creative tools that may allow you to create content using text, images, video, audio, and other reference materials.

You may use SeedGen only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You are responsible for your use of the service, the content you submit, and the outputs you create.

2. Accounts

Some SeedGen features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account in a way that violates these Terms or creates security risks.

3. AI Models and Service Availability

SeedGen may provide access to multiple AI video models and generation workflows.

Available models, features, generation speeds, resolutions, durations, audio capabilities, reference limits, and credit requirements may vary.

SeedGen may add, remove, replace, or update supported models and features from time to time.

Some features depend on third-party AI models, infrastructure providers, payment processors, or other services that SeedGen does not fully control. Availability and performance may therefore change without notice.

4. Credits, Payments, and Pricing

SeedGen uses a credit-based payment system.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Credit packs are one-time purchases
  • SeedGen does not require a monthly subscription
  • Purchased credits do not expire
  • Credits may be used across supported SeedGen models and workflows
  • Credit usage may vary by model, generation mode, duration, resolution, and other settings

The number of credits required for a generation is displayed before you submit the generation request.

Prices and future credit requirements may change from time to time. Changes will not reduce credits that have already been purchased and remain available in your account.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are subject to the SeedGen Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy, refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility may depend on how many purchased credits have already been used. Purchases with more than 20% of the purchased credits used may not qualify for a full refund.

Promotional, discounted, or special packages may have additional refund restrictions.

6. User Content

"User Content" includes content you upload, submit, reference, or create through SeedGen, including:

  • Text prompts
  • Images
  • Video
  • Audio
  • Reference assets
  • Instructions
  • Generated videos
  • Other creative materials

You retain ownership of the content you upload to SeedGen.

By submitting User Content, you grant SeedGen a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and temporarily store that content only as necessary to provide the services you request, including AI generation, preview, storage, and delivery.

SeedGen Does Not Train AI Models on Your Content

SeedGen does not use your prompts, uploaded images, videos, audio files, reference assets, or generated content to train AI models.

Your private creative content is processed only as necessary to provide and operate the service.

7. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to upload and use any content submitted to SeedGen.

This includes rights relating to:

  • Copyrighted material
  • Trademarks
  • Music and audio
  • Photos and videos
  • Personal likenesses
  • Voices
  • Private information
  • Other intellectual property or personal rights

SeedGen does not grant you rights to third-party content that you do not otherwise have permission to use.

8. AI-Generated Content

SeedGen uses generative AI technologies to produce content based on your prompts, references, and settings.

AI-generated content may be:

  • Unexpected
  • Inaccurate
  • Incomplete
  • Visually inconsistent
  • Similar to content generated for other users
  • Unsuitable for a particular purpose

SeedGen does not guarantee that generated outputs will be unique, error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular commercial or creative purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, distributing, selling, or otherwise using it.

9. Commercial Use

Commercial use of content generated through SeedGen is permitted, subject to these Terms and any applicable model-specific or third-party restrictions.

You may use generated content for purposes such as:

  • Advertising
  • Marketing
  • Social media
  • Product content
  • Client work
  • Creative projects
  • Commercial media

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to all prompts, images, videos, audio, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted materials, and other content used in your generation.

SeedGen does not guarantee that any generated output is free from third-party rights or suitable for every commercial use.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SeedGen to create, upload, generate, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that violates applicable law, these Terms, or published SeedGen safety policies.

Prohibited uses include:

Illegal or Harmful Activity

You may not use SeedGen for unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal activity.

Intellectual Property or Rights Violations

You may not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

Deceptive or Misleading Media

You may not create deceptive impersonations, fraudulent synthetic media, or misleading content involving real people or organizations without appropriate authorization or disclosure.

Child Safety Violations

You may not create, upload, distribute, or facilitate content that exploits, sexualizes, harms, or endangers minors.

Adult and Sexually Explicit Content

You may not use SeedGen to create or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, or prohibited NSFW content.

Fraud, Spam, and Malicious Activity

You may not use SeedGen for:

  • Fraud
  • Phishing
  • Spam
  • Malware
  • Credential theft
  • Automated abuse
  • Deceptive schemes
  • Other malicious activity

Security Circumvention

You may not attempt to bypass or interfere with:

  • Safety systems
  • Content filters
  • Rate limits
  • Credit systems
  • Authentication
  • Access controls
  • Security protections

Unauthorized Technology Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit SeedGen's software, systems, APIs, models, or platform components except where expressly permitted by law or written authorization.

Export and Sanctions Violations

You may not use SeedGen in violation of applicable export control, trade restriction, or sanctions laws.

11. Content and Safety Enforcement

SeedGen may automatically analyze uploaded content, prompts, references, or generation requests for safety, security, privacy, abuse prevention, or model-specific restrictions.

Certain models may reject content that they do not support, including some reference media containing real human faces.

If we reasonably believe that your use of SeedGen violates these Terms, applicable law, or our safety policies, we may:

  • Block a generation request
  • Remove content
  • Restrict features
  • Suspend your account
  • Terminate your account
  • Take other appropriate action

Where required by law, we may also preserve or disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities.

12. SeedGen Intellectual Property

SeedGen and its associated software, website design, interfaces, branding, logos, documentation, and technology are owned by SeedGen or its licensors.

Except for the limited rights necessary to use the service, these Terms do not grant you ownership of SeedGen's platform, software, branding, or technology.

You may not use SeedGen trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization.

13. Content and Account Deletion

You may delete individual content where deletion controls are available.

When you delete your SeedGen account, your account and associated creative content are immediately and permanently deleted from SeedGen.

This includes:

  • Prompts
  • Uploaded images
  • Uploaded videos
  • Uploaded audio
  • Reference assets
  • Generated videos
  • Generation history
  • Account profile information

Deleted creative content cannot be restored after account deletion.

Certain limited transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required by applicable law.

These retained records are not used for AI model training.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using SeedGen at any time.

SeedGen may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that:

  • You violated these Terms
  • Your account is being used fraudulently
  • Your activity creates a security risk
  • You attempt to abuse or manipulate the credit or payment system
  • Your use may harm SeedGen, other users, or third parties
  • Suspension or termination is required by law

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or legal responsibilities that arose before termination.

15. Third-Party Services

SeedGen may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including:

  • AI model providers
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Storage providers
  • Payment processors
  • Analytics providers
  • Authentication services
  • Customer support services

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

SeedGen is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

16. Service Changes and Availability

We work to keep SeedGen available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may:

  • Update the service
  • Add or remove features
  • Change supported AI models
  • Perform maintenance
  • Restrict access for security reasons
  • Temporarily suspend features
  • Discontinue portions of the service

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party AI models, hosting providers, internet services, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

SeedGen is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedGen disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability

We do not guarantee that the service or generated content will meet your expectations or be suitable for a particular purpose.

Some jurisdictions may not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeedGen and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

This includes damages relating to:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Lost data
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Generated content
  • Third-party claims
  • Inability to access the service

To the extent permitted by law, SeedGen's total liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SeedGen during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SeedGen and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your User Content
  • Your use of SeedGen
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your violation of another person's rights

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, policies, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the service, by email, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Your continued use of SeedGen after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the SeedGen operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

22. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and SeedGen regarding your use of the service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

SeedGen's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. SeedGen may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of its business.
