Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Use of Service
SeedGen provides an AI-powered video generation service. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use SeedGen to create, upload, generate, or distribute any content or engage in any activity that:
1. Illegal or Harmful Content
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable under applicable laws or regulations.
2. Intellectual Property and Rights Violations
Infringes upon or violates any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
3. Deceptive or Misleading Media
Involves deepfakes, synthetic media, or manipulated content intended to mislead, deceive, or impersonate any person or entity without clear and proper disclosure.
4. Child Safety Violations
Exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way.
5. Abuse, Spam, or Malicious Activity
Includes spam, phishing, malware distribution, automated abuse, or any activity that disrupts or harms the integrity of the service or other users.
6. Unauthorized Use of Technology
Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform, APIs, or underlying AI models without authorization.
7. Security Circumvention
Attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features, rate limits, or access controls of the service.
8. Export Control and Sanctions Violations
Violates any applicable export control laws, sanctions, or regulations.
9. Prohibited Adult Content
Involves the creation, sharing, or promotion of pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW (not safe for work) content, including related applications or services.
Enforcement
Violation of these Prohibited Uses may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access to SeedGen
- Removal of any content that violates these Terms
- Further action as required by applicable laws or platform policies
Commercial Use Notice
Use of generated videos for commercial purposes may be subject to additional terms, licensing requirements, or third-party restrictions depending on the underlying technology and content used.
User Content
Our service allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.
User Content Deletion Policy
You can delete your content in two ways: remove it yourself in your Profile content management page, or request deletion by emailing us at support@seedance2ai.net. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days after receiving your email.
Disclaimers
Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SeedGen, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SeedGen regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
